CAC WOSEM Abundant Life Center is a Spirit-filled, Word-based, Pentecostal church in Lanham, Maryland’s heart. As a branch of Christ Apostolic Church – WOSEM, a respected church organization with a broad reach across Africa, the United States, and parts of Europe, we uphold tradition, faith, and a passionate commitment to reaching out to those lost in faith.

We call the location at 9222 Annapolis Rd., Lanham MD. 20721, our spiritual home.

Our core principles revolve around:

• Adhering to the sound and undiluted Word of God;
• Propagating holy Christian living;
• Prioritizing the practice of effectual prayer, manifesting the miraculous power of God;
• Engaging in outreach activities to reach and lead the lost to Jesus.

Our church’s foundation is rooted in the teachings and guidance of the uniquely anointed man of God, the Late Apostle Dr. Timothy Oluwole Obadare. Highly revered as “a divine microphone of the Lord Jesus Christ; and ambassador of the Almighty God,” he was marked by his passion for bringing people to Christ.

Above all else, Apostle Obadare’s ultimate desire was to bring the lost to salvation via Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of our General Overseer, Dr. Paul Obadare, we strive to continue and uphold Apostle Obadare’s spiritual heritage.

Guiding us in this journey, we have an exemplary team of leaders at CAC WOSEM Abundant Life Center:

Our faith and practices are rooted in an unwavering belief in the following:

• The Divine inspiration and authority of the Scriptures
• The Trinity of Persons in the Unity of God-Head
• The necessity for repentance and regeneration, given the utter depravity of human nature and the eternal consequences facing the unrepentant
• Attaining salvation through personal faith in Jesus Christ’s redemptive work: His crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension
• The immaculate conception, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension, abiding intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ, His second coming, and His millennial reign on earth
• The justification and sanctification of believers through Christ’s finished work
• The sacraments of baptism by immersion and Holy Communion
• The baptism of the Holy Spirit for believers, with signs following
• The nine gifts of the Holy Spirit aiming at the edification, exhortation, and comfort of the church, the body of Christ
• Church government steered by Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers
